The STEM Exchange (TSE) is a multidisciplinary organization committed to fostering inclusion and belonging in STEM. We aim to connect students with STEM interests and cultivate a supportive and diverse community through community service and outreach.
Mission

Our Vision in Action:
- Partner with Yale Alumni Service Corps (YASC) to positively impact the lives and futures of the communities we serve.
- Join Yale Day of Service to organize community service events that create tangible impact.
- Support Special Olympics athletes by volunteering remotely at Voice of Champions events and providing mentorship to help them succeed and thrive.
YASC - Child Wellness Project in Argentina
- Advance mental health and emotional wellness in school communities.
- Led by Yale’s Dr. Cecilia Frometa, the initiative partners with students, families, and teachers in Jujuy to raise awareness about emotional health and introduce practical, culturally responsive tools.
- Creates sustainable impact through educational videos, a mood meter tool that encourages students to share their feelings, and teacher training manuals that build confidence in fostering conversations about emotional well-being.
